As a GHL Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth onboarding sessions, providing personalized training, and offering ongoing support to our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new clients, ensuring they understand the full potential of GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Provide personalized training and support to clients, helping them navigate and utilize GHL effectively.
• Develop and deliver onboarding materials, including guides, tutorials, and best practice documents.
• Assist in the implementation of GHL features and integrations, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing systems.
• Monitor client progress and provide regular check-ins to address any challenges or concerns.
• Collaborate with the client success team to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates of GHL, and incorporate this knowledge into client onboarding and training.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the onboarding process and client support strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an Onboarding Specialist or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and its features.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
