As a Mandarin Translator, you will be the bridge between our medical professionals and patients who speak Mandarin, ensuring clear and accurate communication. You will work closely with our doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff to translate medical information, patient records, and other documents. This role requires a deep understanding of medical terminology and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate medical documents, patient records, and other communications between Mandarin speakers and healthcare providers
• Ensure clear and accurate communication between patients and medical staff
• Assist in interpreting during patient consultations and medical procedures
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations
• Stay updated with the latest medical terminology and healthcare practices
• Collaborate with the medical team to improve patient care and communication
• Provide support during emergencies and critical care situations
• Assist in training other staff on basic Mandarin communication skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin (HSK level 5 or equivalent)
• Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical translation or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using medical translation software such as Trados or MemoQ
• Valid certification in medical translation or a related field is a plus
• Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus
