📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee on-site architectural projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and project timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to address design challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports, including progress updates, issue logs, and recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and project staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural project management or field architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
