In this role, you will be responsible for processing and recording all financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our financial records.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and record all financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, including journal entries, posting, and reconciling.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements, and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Provide support to the accounting team in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting or a related role.
• Familiarity with accounting software, including QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
