📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate between local teams, Singapore headquarters, and China-based manufacturing facilities to ensure seamless cross-border operations.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems like SAP and Oracle.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiencies.
• Support the development and execution of cross-border logistics and supply chain strategies.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams, ensuring alignment with global operational goals.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in cross-border operations and ERP systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems to support the growth of POWERPLUS.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in cross-border operations or ERP systems.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
