Lift and Escalator Technician (Full-Time)

We are seeking a skilled Lift and Escalator Technician to join our team in Manado, Sulawesi Utara. As a Lift and Escalator Technician at PT. Balistha Gapala Nandya, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of lift and escalator systems. You will work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to ensure that our clients' projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about M&E construction and wants to make a difference in Indonesia's infrastructure development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair lift and escalator systems according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of lift and escalator systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with lift and escalator systems, and implement solutions to resolve them.
• Work with project teams to ensure that lift and escalator systems are integrated seamlessly into building projects.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in lift and escalator systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of all work performed, including maintenance schedules and inspection reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in lift and escalator installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proven experience working with a variety of lift and escalator systems, including hydraulic, traction, and escalator systems.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, such as ASME, ISO, and local building codes.
• Familiarity with CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks, is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites as needed.
