As a Foreign Investment Facilitator, you will be responsible for coordinating with various government agencies, private sector partners, and international organizations to ensure that investment opportunities in Bangka Belitung are presented in the best possible light. Your daily tasks will involve market research, site visits, and negotiations, all aimed at attracting and retaining foreign investment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as the primary liaison between international investors and local stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify and present investment opportunities in Bangka Belitung.
• Coordinate with government agencies, private sector partners, and international organizations to facilitate investment processes.
• Prepare and present investment proposals, feasibility studies, and other relevant documents to potential investors.
• Organize and attend site visits, investor meetings, and networking events.
• Monitor and report on investment activities and progress.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players and government officials.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in foreign investment facilitation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in foreign investment facilitation, business development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian business environment and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with investment facilitation software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
