📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and coordinating events, including corporate gatherings, cultural festivals, and weddings.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.
• Support the event team in executing events, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish.
• Assist in marketing and promoting events to attract attendees and sponsors.
• Maintain detailed records of event activities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality event experiences.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions.
• Learn and utilize event management software such as Eventbrite and Cvent.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of event planning and coordination principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Passionate about the event industry and eager to learn.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
