📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive planned maintenance program.
• Oversee the maintenance activities of manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with operational goals.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns and downtime.
• Provide training and support to maintenance personnel to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in planned maintenance and maintenance management.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management software, such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Certification in maintenance management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
