📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily SMT production operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
• Conduct process audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Train and mentor junior staff on SMT processes, equipment operation, and quality control procedures.
• Monitor and maintain SMT equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Document production data and generate reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in shift meetings and quality circles to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SMT assembly or related manufacturing roles.
• Certification in SMT processes (e.g., IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001) is a plus.
• Proficient in using SMT equipment and software, including pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and AOI systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
