📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement production schedules using advanced planning and scheduling software (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Excel).
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for improvement.
• Forecast demand and adjust production schedules to meet market requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient resource allocation and utilization.
• Monitor production performance and report on key metrics to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on production planning and scheduling.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and scheduling, preferably in the mining or manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Familiarity with nickel production processes and industry standards is a strong advantage.
