As a Field Verification Officer, you will be responsible for visiting various locations in Bali to verify the authenticity of documents and the condition of vehicles. This role is crucial in maintaining the trust and reliability of our clients.

In your daily tasks, you will use tools like GPS devices, vehicle inspection checklists, and document verification software. You will also interact with clients, ensuring they understand the verification process and the importance of accurate documentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site verifications of vehicle financing contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Inspect vehicles to confirm their condition matches the documented specifications.
• Verify client documents, including identity cards, vehicle registration certificates, and financial statements.
• Use GPS devices and mapping software to track and document verification locations.
• Fill out and submit detailed inspection reports using our in-house verification software.
• Coordinate with the finance and operations teams to resolve any discrepancies found during verifications.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all verifications.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining the verification process and addressing client concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field verification or a related role in the finance or automotive industry.
• Familiarity with vehicle inspection procedures and documentation requirements.
• Proficient in using GPS devices and mapping software.
• Experience with vehicle financing contracts and related documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
