📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and track accounts receivable using Salesforce and QuickBooks
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment of invoices
- Resolve any outstanding issues or disputes related to payments
- Conduct regular collections reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure prompt payment and maintain good relationships
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections management
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections or a related field
- Proficient in using Salesforce and QuickBooks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with Indonesian banking and payment systems
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
