📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of landscape projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and project timelines.
• Manage and coordinate a team of landscape technicians, ensuring they are trained and equipped to complete tasks efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Work with architects, designers, and contractors to develop and implement landscape designs.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including materials used, labor hours, and costs.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in landscape design and construction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape site supervision, with a strong background in project management.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating landscape projects, including hardscaping, irrigation, and plant installation.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other landscape design software.
• Knowledge of local regulations and codes related to landscape design and construction.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various project sites.
