📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct microbiological analyses on raw materials, water, and finished products using standard methods and protocols.
Use advanced laboratory equipment such as BioRad Microplate Reader, Agilent HPLC, and Malvern Zetasizer to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Prepare and maintain detailed laboratory records and reports for quality control and regulatory purposes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product quality and safety.
Stay updated with industry regulations and standards, such as ISO, FDA, and HACCP, to ensure compliance.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes and efficiency.
Train and mentor junior staff on microbiological techniques and laboratory protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in microbiological analysis.
Familiarity with standard microbiological methods and laboratory techniques.
Proficient in using laboratory equipment such as BioRad Microplate Reader, Agilent HPLC, and Malvern Zetasizer.
