As our IT Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client base, ensuring our cybersecurity solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work closely with our sales team, technical experts, and clients to deliver tailored solutions that enhance security and efficiency.
With a competitive salary package of IDR 9,000,000 to IDR 11,500,000 per month, this role offers a dynamic work environment, professional growth, and the chance to make a significant impact in the cybersecurity industry.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and grow our client base by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships.
- Develop and present sales proposals and technical solutions to potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the cybersecurity sector.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients to ensure successful implementation of our solutions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry contacts and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cybersecurity technology and industry trends.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and technologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
