📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training needs are met,Provide feedback and support to employees on their development,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training instructors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using training software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture,Ability to travel for training purposes if required
