📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflict resolution.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
