📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with various departments to ensure that training programs meet their specific needs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide guidance and support to junior training officers and other team members.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training data to identify areas for improvement.,Work with external trainers and vendors to enhance the quality of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Ability to travel for training purposes.
