📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high performance standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the central office to align store operations with company-wide goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports on store performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
