📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily branch operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the branch.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance their performance.,Monitor and report on branch performance metrics.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the branch.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to branch improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
