📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs.,Lead and mentor the HR team.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to improve processes and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with employee engagement and retention strategies.,Proven track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives.
