📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they meet performance targets.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth inventory flow.,Implement and enforce safety protocols in the warehouse.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems.,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts.,Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.,Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
