Toko Tono Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Deputy Line Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Line Cook in preparing and cooking food according to standard recipes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Line Cook in preparing and cooking food according to standard recipes and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Prepare ingredients and food items according to the daily menu.,Assist in the preparation of sauces, dressings, and other food items.,Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper storage and handling of perishable items.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment.,Good physical condition and ability to stand for long periods of time.,Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
