As a Business Development professional, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.,Develop and present compelling sales proposals to secure new business contracts.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to inform business strategies.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products/services.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with the construction or water treatment industry is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
