📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report on operational efficiency.,Resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team of warehouse staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory control and stock management practices.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
