📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the store, including inventory control, sales, and customer service.,Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory turnover.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of monthly and quarterly reports.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion of products and services.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for store visits and meetings.
