📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.,Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, generally accepted accounting practices (GAAP), and Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proven track record of managing and mentoring junior accountants.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations in Indonesia.

🛠️ Keahlian

Advanced Excel skillsincluding proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).Strong leadership and team management skills.
