Up Food Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. You will work closely with our engineering team to identify and resolve any issues, and you will be expected to maintain a high level of safety and efficiency in all aspects of your work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular maintenance inspections and repairs on all equipment and machinery.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Maintain and update maintenance records and schedules.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.,Collaborate with the engineering team to improve maintenance processes and procedures.,Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians.,Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.,Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and software.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards, such as OSHA and ISO.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
