SM Development Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Lawyer to join our Legal Affairs & Risk Management team in Bali. This role is crucial in handling complex legal matters and ensuring the protection of our company's interests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, a deep understanding of Indonesian law, and excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage litigation cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.,Provide legal advice and counsel to senior management on complex legal issues and risks.,Represent the company in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal disputes.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel, law firms, and regulatory bodies.,Monitor and assess legal risks, and implement strategies to mitigate potential liabilities.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and advise on legal strategies to optimize business operations.,Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure their validity and enforceability.,Stay updated on legal developments and trends, and provide training and support to junior legal staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in litigation, with a strong track record in handling complex legal matters.,In-depth knowledge of Indonesian law, including civil, commercial, and corporate law.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.,Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.,Experience in managing high-stakes legal disputes and providing strategic legal advice.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
