🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a minimum of 8 years of experience in high-rise architecture.,Proven track record of successful high-rise architecture projects in Bali or similar tropical climates.,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.,Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with local building practices and materials in Bali.,Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
