Sky Royal Lestari is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior GA Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and restocked as needed.,Handle office mail, including sorting, distributing, and filing documents.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including booking venues, catering, and arranging logistics.,Maintain and update office records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for management meetings.,Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings and appointments.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a General Affairs or Administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with accounting software and basic financial management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
