Yayasan Mendaki is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive Officer to lead our Community Outreach & Stakeholder Engagement initiatives. This role is crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with our community partners, stakeholders, and other key players in our mission to promote sustainable development and community empowerment in Bali. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in community engagement, stakeholder management, and strategic planning.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement community outreach strategies to engage and empower local communities in Bali.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners.,Coordinate and manage community projects and initiatives to promote sustainable development and social impact.,Represent Yayasan Mendaki at community events, forums, and stakeholder meetings to advocate for our mission and vision.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of our community outreach efforts to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.,Lead and mentor a team of community engagement officers to drive the success of our initiatives.,Collaborate with other departments within Yayasan Mendaki to integrate community outreach efforts into our overall programs and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in community outreach, stakeholder engagement, or a similar role in the development sector.,Proven track record of successfully managing community projects and initiatives.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.,Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required. Knowledge of local languages is a plus.,Experience working in Bali or a similar context is highly desirable.,Strong understanding of and commitment to sustainable development principles and practices.
