📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure a steady supply of quality goods and services.,Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and reliability.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.,Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.,Manage procurement budgets and track spending to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency.,Coordinate with internal teams to gather procurement requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain supplier relationships.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve procurement issues.
