📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations.
  • Ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the operations team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that operations meet the company's goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure that operations are running profitably.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
