📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.,Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
