Oversee daily operations and ensure all processes run efficiently,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Handle operational budgets and ensure cost effectiveness,Lead and participate in operational projects and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of operational software and tools,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
