📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.,Ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems and provide technical support to employees.,Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company's data and systems.,Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.,Lead and mentor junior system administrators and IT staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems meet their needs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant IT regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.,Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.,Proven ability to lead and mentor IT staff.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
