Develop and implement content strategies that align with business goals and objectives.,Create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for content creation.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure content is visually appealing and technically sound.,Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to make data-driven decisions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation and digital marketing.,Mentor and guide junior content writers to ensure they meet quality standards and contribute effectively to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in content writing, with a proven track record of creating engaging and high-quality content.,Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English is a must; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
