📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly and efficiently.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Train and guide junior IT staff on best practices and procedures.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with common IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in English for communication and documentation.
