📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure safe and efficient operation of the vessel, including compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.,Plan and execute navigation routes, considering weather conditions, tidal patterns, and other environmental factors.,Maintain and inspect all vessel equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.,Oversee the loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring it is handled safely and efficiently.,Conduct regular safety drills and emergency response training for the crew.,Monitor and report on vessel performance, fuel consumption, and other operational metrics.,Communicate effectively with the crew, shore-based personnel, and other stakeholders.,Handle any unexpected situations or emergencies that may arise during operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited) or equivalent.,Proven experience in operating various types of vessels.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and safety procedures.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.,Familiarity with cargo handling and stowage planning.,Good physical health and fitness to perform the duties of the role.
