📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.,Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and develop plans to meet or exceed sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with financial management and reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
