Sehati Vera Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Assistant Kitchen Staff to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals, ensuring food safety and quality, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain food safety and quality by following hygiene and safety procedures.,Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including cleaning equipment and utensils.,Prepare ingredients and supplies as needed, including ordering and restocking.,Work efficiently and effectively to meet daily production targets and deadlines.,Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.,Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools is a plus.
